We really stress the importance of “learning from each other” and moving away from the idea that the professionals and here to tell you what to do.

Is online therapy effective?
Let’s face it- in today’s day and age, most of us are so busy going from one thing to another and we don’t always have time to attend appointments in-person. By having the program available fully online, you are able to access the skills at your own pace and at a time that works for you. You can access the program from home, work, school, or anywhere that you have access to the internet. We want to make treatment available to everyone, and by having the program online, it removes a lot of those barriers.
Online treatment involves a big commitment! There is a time commitment to participating on a weekly or bi-weekly basis and it also requires you to motivate yourself to log-in and complete each session.
Online therapy is effective and can be helpful. We created a program that we would participate in ourselves. We know the skills work and the effectiveness is demonstrated in our patient’s progress.
Will there be home practice in this program?
Absolutely! When we learn any new skill, the most important part is to practice it. We want to make sure that the skill sticks in your mind and that you feel confident using it in your everyday life. We will be asking you to use the different skills throughout your week, and also engage in a lot of reflection and self awareness practices.
What if I need more individualized support?
We are here to support you and your needs. Please contact us to schedule an individual treatment session- we will spend part of the session completing an assessment and developing goals. We want to make sure you are heard and that we create a plan together!
What if I’m not sure what I need?
There is so much information out there and a million different programs – it can get so confusing! Please contact us to discuss which treatment options would be the best for you. We will schedule you in for an assessment and ensure that we are finding a program that is the best fit for you.
