Congratulations on taking this big step to change your life! We are so excited to have you here with us in the DBT program. To make things a little easier, we have included some instructions below:

  • There are 5 modules that you will work your way through over the course of the program
  • Each module has different skills which are highlighted in a lighter blue box.
  • We recommend that you watch 1 video each week and complete the attached handouts (you will see the downloadable link next to each video).
  • Some of the skills are longer and have more information than others. If you feel that you need some extra time to practice and digest the information, feel free to take 2 to 3 weeks in-between skills. We want to make sure you retain the information and want to avoid having you feeling overwhelmed.
